I ordered a tropical style fish which was cooked to perfection and served with a delicious side of roasted vegetables. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was impressive. My friend ordered the Mac n cheese , which was also delicious. The fries served were crispy and seasoned perfectly. Overall, I highly recommend The Bistro for anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was lovely. "I’ve eaten here 3x since finding out they were located inside of my gym. I haven’t been let down yet, first time I tried the cabrit (goat) and it was delicious, my second time I had the lumbi (conch) which was also delicious. Today I tied the legume with crab and it was perfect and last but not least, the fried red snapper and it was my favorite dish there so far, full of flavor! This place will def be my Haitian food go to!"

"I have been a member of the Y since 2010. I was never drawn to the restaurant area until Alex Good Taste opened. How can any one ignore the heavenly smell that comes from down that hallway?! Everything I have tried has been absolutely wonderful. The staff are welcoming and treat you like you are a friend."
